Unit 1 Pros: Updated apartment 7 minute walk from trains Cons: Management company is TERRIBLE. Open work tickets never get resolved, Property managers must be overloaded as they are horrifically slow to respond. Advice to landlord: Get more hands on and actually manage the property or make sure the property management company is.
