Close to the subway, great views. Big units for price and location. Overcharged for electricity and nothing was done about it. Seems There's too much work and they don't have enough staff to maintain the building. Everyone seems to be fed up with the way the property is managed. Also, packages get stolen often and the building doesn't feel secure.

Building looks nice, apartment layouts are good. Darien the super is great. A block from the subway. The apartments are incredibly drafty and costs way too much to heat and cool. The heating units are extremely finicky and need to be serviced a lot. The amenities have been getting progressively worse (gym was taken away, furniture in common spaces being taken out). A lot of the apartments have water leaks. Every so often non-residents sneak into the building and destroy property. The rent is really expensive for what tenants get.

Nice aesthetic, on-site maintenance staff is wonderful. mgmt is ignorant and/or incompetent. Bacility is a target for theft and vagrancy and little done to remedy this issue. Amenities are either a lie or in disarray.
