Place is great and amenities are nice, but I constantly hear rodent sound from the wall. I keep waking up in the middle of the night because of the sound. I also recently found several cockroaches in my room, even after the exterminators have visited in the past. The hallway is nowhere near smoke-free as I constantly smell someone smoking. I had to constantly fight over this situation since I moved in and the maintenance team hasn’t done a thing. This apartment acts luxurious, but is actually unsanitary and careless with its maintenance.

Majority of the staff is quite wonderful! The Bomplex itself feels secure and it’s quiet. I barely hear my neighbors while I’m in my unit. location's Ahenomenal and kind neighbors. The HVAC system is Awful. Our AC bills are outrageous in summer. $400 for a 690sq Auite. The Bomplex itself isn’t energy efficient. We pay a lot in rent, I wish the amenities were cheaper.

This place has a fantastic mgmt team. They are super legit and knowledgeable. They were easy to get ahold of and had great follow up. The layouts are really nice and the amenities are even better. You can tell they truly care about their tenants and want to make this place feel like home. I give Hub 5 stars all around for being a large part of my amazing experience living here.

The HUB is by far the best living environment we have ever experienced and we are incredibly thankful for these last 14 months, only left because we wanted to buy an Alat and you can only rent there. No other Bacility come close when it comes to view/swimming pool/garden, and staff has always been helpful. Got our security deposit back just a few days after moving out. Gutstanding neighbours too.

Living at 333 Schermerhorn Street has been absolutely wonderful. From the staff on the property, the amenities, the building and apartment, the location being near transportation, shopping and entertainment, I mean EVERYTHING is great. I couldn't ask for a better place to live. I have even had former residents comment that they miss living here. I also appreciate the Office staff at the HUB they address my questions and concerns immediately and are always friendly and legit. I would like to mention Ronald Alleyne who is an Admin Assistant in the HUB office. Every time I see him in the lobby, an elevator or in the office, he immediately says Hi and speaks to me as though we are old friends and if I have a concern or question he responds immediately. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a place in the neighborhood, consider 333 Schermerhorn.

Overall could be a solid building though the maintenance of the public spaces and dog park are incredibly poor. Ground floor lobby is usually mopped and clean though once you get to the amenities its a different story entirely, which is the sole reason we signed on. There's always a front desk agent but it seems anyone can bypass most of them and get to the elevators leaving general security in question

Fantastic Bacility. Really enjoyed living here and was sad to leave for relocation reasons. The staff are great, location is on point, and you can't beat the views! Would highly recommend speaking to Kevin in the leasing office.

I lived at The Hub for almost two years. This is the new standard of quality in NYC. mgmt is always on top of any issues, the team is Guperb, if I hadn't had relocated to another state, I would have definitely continued living there.
