Pros: The location of the apartment is nice but other then that the building is terribly managed, full of roaches/ has had issues with mice, and management is basically useless// never responds to any phone calls/ emails/ concerns Cons: Serious roach problem, roaches all over building hallways / lobbies- windows and doors left open letting them come right in. Management NEVER does their job right/ NEVER answers phone or email. It’s honestly hysterical how terrible they are at their jobs. You could get away with ANYTHING in this building and they’d still never notice. Terrible at repairs, holes and cracks all over floors/ walls allowing more pests in. Management is extremely cheap. Fridge broke several times they refused to replace, super says things need to be fixed and then when they call management they say no. Management tries to pull all sorts of shady moves to charge people illegal fees/ push tenants out. As much as I love my individual apartment I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move into this building Advice to landlord: Get your act together

Pros: Great location next to the park. Cons: Absent management, noisy neighbors in the building and the neighboring building (a man in 20 Westminster shouts, blasts music, and honks an air horn for hours every Sunday), water & structural damage left unattended, poor security, cockroach infestation, leaky pipes, the list goes on. Advice to landlord: Hire qualified workers when renovating to ensure you don’t destroy other tenant’s units in the process, maintain standards for noise levels and cleanliness, fix the keypad so tenants don’t get stuck outside in the cold when it freezes, install security cameras I hallways and especially the mail area (so many stolen packages), turn the heat on more often, etc etc.
