Pros: Rooftop access, backyard, artful Cons: Unfinished bathroom no caulking, bowed shelf in kitchen, kitchen cabinets too high and useless, no closets, backyard over grown I paid to have it cleaned, vacant apartments left unlocked, building junk piled in basement and in open apartments. Building construction is ongoing and extremely loud without warning. Jackhammering through the concrete floor in the apartment adjacent to mine for days. I had to leave the property because it was so loud I couldn’t function. Advice to landlord: Let tenants know when construction will disrupt life.
