Pros: Neighbors are friendly. The apartments are decent size. Cons: Very old, needs full gut renovations. Heat and water will stop working several times. Advice to landlord: Renovate and stop being cheap.

Unit 4R Pros: Great location, nice folks living in the building, easy garbage management and on a quiet street Cons: Landlord/main property owner for most of the condos is not on top of things and cuts too many corners with repairs in an already old and grimy building. Multiple leaks, including in windows and ceiling, over the course of our tenancy that required persistence over months only to get band-aid repairs.

Pros: Good location, landlord who took care of the trash Cons: Rats, broken boiler (since fixed), old common areas/ staircase
