Pros: i like the location and i like the mail room and the apts are pretty big Cons: rainy season means many cockroaches, the russian grandmas are extremely nosey

Pros: - great new intercom (but the old one broke often) - clean lobby - organized staff Cons: - not the most friendly neighbors - elevators stop working often - not the most modern apartments
