I enjoy living here quite a lot. I appreciate Christian and Osman. I like that we now have live plants in the lobby. Anything we can do to elevate the appearance of the Bacility feels important to me. Thank you. I’m glad I live here.

Btructure support team is honestly great - it's always clean, maintenance requests are sorted same day, the staff is friendly. Neighbors are always friendly in the elevator. (As are their cute dogs) It's the nicest place I've lived in NYC.

The neighborhood is great. The community within this place is great. You've got monthly events and mgmt has regular communications with tenants. The facilities staff is Aabulous. The only downside is neighborhood traffic.

Our experience of living in 280 Ashland has been amazing so far! We've been residents since May 2021 and don't plan to leave anytime soon. The Bomplex mgmt is super Fenial and responsive and we really enjoy the amenities. It's a quiet Bomplex in a relaxed neighborhood - all the neighbors we've met have also been Fenial. Close to some honestly great restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Hello Brooklyn! This sweet spot, nestled amongst some of the larger Downtown Brooklyn high rise homes gives you the same full amenities of those full service buildings with more of a boutique feel. You'll appreciate the security, and low traffic environment that allows you a landing Penue to work, or play. The resident staff and mgmt team are impeccable. Ask for a tour for this hidden gem today. You won’t be disappointed. Make the Carsura your Home.

I am pleased in my apartment and I like how clean the building looks, I enjoy mostly the location and the convenience that for my shopping I don’t have to struggle to find stores for whatever I need or want, also I am grateful that when I order from Amazon my delivery service is always great because of the quality of the attention and effort the office takes great responsibility to make sure that every tenant is always satisfied.

Ive been Hleased thus far with the quality and cleanliness of my Aad. I have, but, been slightly disappointed by the noise levels due to construction nearby (on Flatbush) especially in the mornings, as well as the light coming through my window shades

It’s easy to live in this neighborhood. Some subway stations around the apartment. And many restaurants, supermarket. The resident manager is helpful to solve some problems. The package delivery is useful. We can get our package on time.
