Unit House in back Pros: Location, short walk to Grand L. Large courtyard. Renovated apt. Cons: Small rooms, with tiny closets. Very thin walls. Tiny kitchen for four rooms (not including basement- which was rented as a room!) and only two bathrooms. Very small living room as well.
