Location is easy Rats, cockroaches, centipedes, spiders, plumbing issues, water floods, rude manager, leasing team is horrible, renewal team even worse, just stay away from them! Try to improve your customer service and think of those who trying to communicate with you but you're always unavailable

Decent neighbors live here Heating could be much better! Also pest control could be better. Elevators are under construction or take forever. Please stay on top of issues.

The super and maintenance staff were consistently responsive and helpful. but, the large property mgmt firm seemed indifferent to tenant concerns. During winter months, the units lacked okay heating. Please address tenant issues with greater urgency.
