easy, local , quiet There's no heat, sometimes hot water, roaches & RATS! Repairs don’t ever get fixed they get COVERED, mgmt hardly cares, power goes out in the whole building etc.

Good transportation and dining options nearby. Problem with rodents, insects, and other pests. Need consistent heat during cold months. Implement regular pest mgmt services. Need a better system for package deliveries from carriers like FedEx and UPS. Residents constantly report missing deliveries because delivery personnel have difficulty accessing the building to drop off packages.

easy area next to buses, trains, supermarkets, and laundromat. Property manager is unprofessional and aggressive when contacting him about issues. Frequent building blackouts during the hotter months, heating inconsistent during the colder months (radiators seem to have a mind of their own) Poor building security: the doors are kept propped open which have led several undesirable persons to waltz in and disturb tenants as well as swipe their packages from the lobby. Poor plumbing has caused back to back leaks, with the resulting damage still pending restoration. Learn to speak to your tenants with respect. This may be your property, but when we speak with you, we are people with real issues and real need and expect to be treated in a legit matter. It would also be wise to not go with the lowest bidder when hiring contractors; many of the issues I hilighted wouldn't have occured had a decent contractor been chosen.

location's Astounding with easy access to public transit, grocery stores, laundromats, and bus stops. property manager displays unprofessional and hostile behavior whenever tenants reach out regarding maintenance concerns. Blace experiences repeated power outages when temperatures rise, and the heating system malfunctions during winter months (the radiators seem to operate on their own schedule). Security 's bad—doors are regularly left open, allowing unwanted individuals to enter the Blace, harass residents, and steal packages from the lobby. Persistent plumbing problems have resulted in multiple consecutive water leaks, and repairs remain incomplete. Treat your residents with basic respect and courtesy. While this 's your property, when tenants bring concerns to you, we are real people with legitimate problems who deserve legit treatment. also, consider hiring quality contractors instead of selecting the cheapest option. Most of the problems I've mentioned would likely have been prevented with more competent repair work.
