Pros: Nothing! There's nothing pro to even talk about because it's building is crap. There's nothing safe around this 250 crown Street building. The view is nice, other than that there's nothing good about it because the landlord and the super doesn't care about the tenants. Cons: For one, the heat to the building turns on whenever they feel like turning it on. When it's cold or freezing that he doesn't turn on for a good long time. Then when it's not freezing or cold it will be on over 50°. When it's under 50°, the heat rarely even be on or not at all. The elevator breaks down and never fixed. Apartments really get fixed. When we complain they don't do nothing or take a while to even fix anything; when they do fix anything it's not even properly. Now about the noise, geez there needs to be consequences when people banging for no reason and unnecessary especially at the times where they shouldn't be making noise at all or should I make a noise whatsoever especially the unnecessary ones. They'll be slamming doors, dropping and throwing things, and banging on walls, an slamming things unnecessarily. They'll be people on the roof slamming, banging and bouncing on it dangerously. Also, people ends up leaving a garbage in the building and also outside than throwing it out like a normal person. The door to the building will be ripped off his hinges, broken, or people will use items to prevent the door locking, an these are the people that don't even live here, and the few that do.. breaks it. Nobody takes their kids to the park and allow these kids to run around and make noise in the apartments disturbing other neighbors. This place gets so messed up and destroyed because the idiot people. The water system is also not correct; they will turn it off without notice, and they don't even clean the pipes. The water is usually always cold and you're lucky enough to have it hot sometimes.. which is not all the time especially when it comes to the bathroom sink and bathtub. And most of the time at night is always cold in the sink. Every part of the building especially windows are not correctly fit it. When people need to fix things in the building and the apartments it will take months or years just to fix something even to the smallest thing. And this neighborhood is not even safe. Advice to landlord: Make you building and apartments livable and risk free. Give a notice when anything is shut off or being fixed. Stop turning the heat on when it's not even cold; stop leaving the heat off when it's freezing cold. Stop allowing neighbors to make noises. Fix the elevator, the stairs, windows, the roofs and people's apartments. Fix the water system. Fix the building door and the buzzer. Stop allowing people who don't live here let in.

Pros: Some good neighbors that live in this building for a long time. Cons: People that live in the building are hanging out in front of lobby and block the front door during the summer. There is a tenant that is know to steal packages. Front door of the building is always broken. Security cameras don’t work/broken. No live in Super. Takes forever to get something fixed by the super and his workers.
