Pros: Large windows and fire escapes Cons: Packages kept getting stomen Advice to landlord: Pay more attention to package theft.

Pros: receptionist at management office seem kind enough Cons: super is unresponsive, pest problem (mice + roaches), apartment was not cleaned before i moved in and landlord ignored my requests for a cleaning
