- the laundry system is cool - big rooftop - chill neighbors - modern appearence - the apartments are fitted with appliances and fixtures most likely bought at a significant discount due to design flaws that make them either unusable or constantly in need of repair through no fault of my own, to the point that I fear for my security deposit (a concerning trend in these not worth the price Bushwick apartment buildings) - the maintenance man is nice but is a bit arrogant and keeps blaming tenants for issues that arise from poor fixture and appliance choices by whoever designed this place, like flooding; I came home to a bathroom overflowing with SH*T WATER, CORN AND ALL. MY BROTHER IN CHRIST. the advice was "don't flush toilet paper". I- - the walls by the windows are not sealed properly; if it rains, then it pours (into your room, That's) along walls by the windows; I almost lost my laptop and valuable items to this because I came home to water pouring onto the windowsill Stop using flimsy appliances and fittings to justify skimming some replacement costs off of security deposits. Karma is a mean b*tch.
