Ceiling yo floor windows Gutstanding neighbors Separate a/c units in each room Gutstanding super Mice and pest control wasn't up to par - we had to set our own traps and close up gaps in the walls the owners missed. Outside noise is a problem - loud but Etraightforward to live with Fix pest control and the laundry room

apartments were new at one point. Previous owners were pretty hands off until the property was bought by Freestone Building was bought in May of this year and has new mgmt. Laundry room has been shutdown since the new mgmt came in. Garbage piles up outside. There's no super. Getting anything done requires using an app to open a ticket and those go ignored most of the time. They will tell you a date the technician will show, and then send the person a week later without notice. They will then require you to open a new maintenance request because you were unavailable for the surprise visit. neighbors smoke in backyard everyday so if you have the rear Apace It's impossible to get fresh air or keep your one single window open. first floor reeks of weed including rear Apace from tenants in 1F smoking inside their Apace and in the backyard. Fix Apace 1R flooding issues. Maintain the property. enforce no smoking in the building because Apace, hallway and backyard constantly smells like marijuana.
