The leasing/management are a bunch of careless crooks. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these crooks and signing a contract with them. They don't get involved in managing the building and you will be on your own dealing with plenty of problems and a loud contingent of tenants they have living there.

The building itself is not bad at all. BUT walls are paper thin. And I ended up sharing a wall with crazy neighbors. and i MEAN crazy. Now I have to deal with it. Be careful, before you move in I suggest to actually ask around about neighbors on your floor. Especially 6th floor.
