Unit 1L Pros: Central air, dishwasher and washer and dryer in every unit. Cons: Cheap fixtures and sterile lighting. Poorly insulated so electricity was expensive. WAY too expensive for what it is.
Unit 3R Pros: Super clean, great renovations, overall fantastic building Cons: Management company changed 3 times during one of our leases- seemed a bit weird for a while Advice to landlord: N/A
