Unit 4R Pros: Clean and modern rent-stabilized building. Maintenance requests are handled via online portal and they are very quick to respond. Saw one cockroach once last summer and mgmt sent someone to spray the next day. Haven't seen one since. Cons: I believe it's becoming de-stabilized next year so I expect rent will go up a lot.
