Pros: Love my neighbors, best people in the city Cons: Landlord refuses to take care of the building. Last I heard it was foreclosed on.

Pros: Upon entry, the lobby of this building is nice. Cons: It's not a well maintained building. Experienced roaches, its not an updated building, and at one point someone in the building had bedbugs.

Pros: Lovely neighbors, great community Cons: Landlord seems to have abandoned the building, is not paying maintenance staff, garbage piled up for 2 months, ongoing leaks hint at deeper structural problems in the plumbing that are not being addressed, courtyard is infested with rats due to garbage issue. Building is "owned" by "Foster Ocean Realty"; this is actually a subsidiary of SGW properties Advice to landlord: Get a life

Unit D6 Pros: quiet and nice street Cons: no elevator, horrible pest issues Advice to landlord: not sure if it's still the same management, but they were criminally unresponsive
