Pros: the location is pretty okay it’s a neighborhood that is becoming gentrified. A lot of the cultural aspects are still there but there are new developments popping up. Cons: super unresponsive about issues in the building. Elevator breaks down every other month or day.

Pros: accessible to public transportation, public schools, and shopping Cons: No parking! Gentrification & forced displacement, loss indigenous community.
