Pros: It looks nice Cons: It’s not intended for anyone to actually be able to use their amenities; they charge for anything above “4-5 guests”. Advice to landlord: Lighten up on the amenity rules.

Pros: Super is great, building is well maintained. Roof and amenities room are great features. Washer dryer in unit is great. Cons: 4th Ave can be a little noisy, but nothing they can do about that. Had one issue when first moved in with dishwasher, but management got us a new one so overall not bad.
