Unit 3R Pros: spacious, good location, so much sun, good bones Cons: kinda falling apart, landlords are mixed in responsiveness, far from subways

Pros: Nice amount of space in each apartment Responsive Super Lots of windows Across street from laundry, one block from grocery and park Cons: Landlord response time 10 min walk to either train

Pros: The apartment was so sunny and had character. The super was also very friendly and caring. Cons: The biggest con was the mice problem! They have an exterminator come every month to no avail-the mice all but took over our lease! Advice to landlord: Get rid of the mice for good please.
