Pros: Neighbors steal your packages, owner does nothing. Every month there will be no heat and hot water for 2-3 days. No janitor and with COVID-19 it has never been sanitized or deep cleaned. In the summer the tenants have parties that carry on until 6am with loud music playing. There is no garbage cans to throw out your garbage. Cons: Nothing. This building and tenants are horrid Advice to landlord: Sell, or renovate
