Pros: New renovations in unit. Views of street. Cons: Upstairs neighbor occasionally lets bathtub overflow and it drips downstairs, sometimes onto electric sockets sending electric sparks. Bedbug history of apartment not disclosed. Rat problem. Advice to landlord: Fix the frequent leak issue/electric. Very dangerous.
