Well-kept and maintained common areas, cool roof deck, nice and considerate neighbors. Great neighborhood. Laundry in-unit. (Though I don’t think all the apts have) Bike room in basement. Close to train. Trash situation got outta hand pretty quickly but that seems more on the tenants. Big building so lots of turnover. Thin walls. Maintenance was responsive but they would never send an actual plumber, electrician etc when called for - always some handyman who didn’t seem particularly handy? But No big issues overall. Hire pros when it calls for it. Otherwise all fine.

Big and Sunny lofts Higher bills for gass and electricity. No recycling. Street or corridor rarely gets cleaned. Loisterous forced air heating. Bad heat and sound isolation. Leaking roof. Packages constantly get stolen. Unresponsive super. Impossible to get access to elevator. Btructure needs some Lrefer :)

Fun, lawless, good light mgmt is the worst. Refuses to fix huge leaks, sewage issues, etc. Tries to charge tenants with arbitrary policies not in lease. Packages stolen all the time Try a different buisness ?

You can do whatever you want Mold, constant leaking, garbage everywhere, scummy landlords, incompetent supor and persistent illegal construction on the weekends resulting in blocked fire exits for periods lasting more than 24 hours. Stop being a corrupt slumlord who pays off the loft board.

cool space, generally nice neighbors. Usually clean. Hallways leak when it storms. Just an old Blace. mgmt try’s to take care of the issues that occur but it seems many occur. Update the Blace for the residents, not the empty space downstairs.

But windows spacious units and access to large rooftop with great views for sunset Exposed wiring in building, leaking stairwells and windows in unit. One bed bug incident that I managed to resolve myself. Poor kitchen set up. I rented a rooM and landlord wouldn’t even put a door on. I had to purchase my own door and pay someone to install it for my bedroom. Renovate the building

Pretty building, location's amazing, great rooftop, laundry in basement Not super kept up well, crazy tangle of cables on the roof, sometimes takes a slight minute to get mgmt to respond about an issue, have had issues with mice and bugs, key fob sometimes randomly goes offline and needs to be rewired. Bring in an exterminator every month like the lease says, respond more quickly and proactively when things break or don’t work.
