Pros: Doorman and front of house staff are fantastic. Fantastic views of the city. Cons: Dealing with management is a total pain. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive to your tenants. Don’t lie to them about rental prices when you’re online site reflects totally different prices.

Pros: Great Location near the East River Ferry Cons: Common Spaces are either dirty or smell of pungent floral disenfectant. Also the building has become pigeon infested so bring your cats . Advice to landlord: Clean this place up and better management of common spaces

Pros: For the most part, people are the best part. Cons: The building has two types of housing: condo, rental. Brokers / building management misleads during tours on access to amenities and then bends to the will of condo owners / kicking others out. Their website / social media is misleading as well - the common areas are NOT pet friendly and there’s a new “restriction” on who can use what about every other week. Advice to landlord: Be more honest and forthcoming with prospective and current tenants. They’re paying a lot to live here.

Pros: Design, apartment layout, fixtures, amenities Cons: Management hard to get ahold of, prohibited dogs roaming, covid rent help Advice to landlord: Use a new management company, help tenants during covid to get better reviews online since they’re tanking
