Pros: Nothing but the neighbors they are polite. Cons: Owner takes forever to get things done and fix damages. Advice to landlord: Need to come down and fix the apartments before a tragedy happens.

Pros: It’s a very basic building. Cons: It’s a very basic building that wasn’t super clean, and the management was often difficult to get a hold of for repairs.

Pros: Could be promising if taken care of Cons: The minute you walk in the building it smells and the main door was broken. Advice to landlord: Clean the apartment, it needs to be scrubbed and maintained, needs to be shown love.
