Unit 7 Pros: Clean building that is well-maintained by the super. Management seems pretty on top of everything. Nice to have Portal to pay rent and submit maintenance requests Cons: 1 or 2 laundry machines/dryers are often broken

Unit 1 Pros: Shared Backyard Laundry In Building Only 7 apts Cons: No secure package area, huge rats running in front of doorway, flood warning if you live near the basement
