Pros: Loved only 2 units per floor and the separation door between hallway and stairwell. Cons: Had a package stolen once. Would consider a lock on the main door instead of just the second door. Advice to landlord: None at this time.

Pros: Quick management company for building issues, cool neighbors Cons: Basement garbage area gets a little crazy sometimes
