Pros: Recently renovated, washer/dryer, new appliances with convection stove and large fridge, heated bathroom floors, video intercom, no pests Cons: No amenities, sometimes noisy from street, maintenance has been slow but has improved, no composting Advice to landlord: You did a great job renovating the apartment. Keep it maintained. I’m not sure what you can do about the noise or amenities.
