Pros: Beautiful apartment, nice neighbors Cons: Management left us with severe maintenance issues for months at a time, and were unresponsive and incompetent when communicating or solving issues.

Unit 1 Pros: Large, apartments with character, good storage space Cons: Roach infestation is disgustingly out on control for over a year. They are incessant, management slaps non existent band aids over the issue.

Pros: - Spacious apartment - Lots of storage - Big kitchen - Monthly pest control - Laundry room - 4 min walk to the B/Q line - Close to restaurants/stores on Flatbush Ave - Close to Prospect Park Cons: - Roaches - Inconsistent shower water temperature; the water will switch up temperatures mid shower, hard to get it where you want it - Toilet can overflow - No hot water sometimes, have to call Super - Weak electricity during the summer, power will go out if just two A/C’s are running at the same time. Turn on the TV? Even worse. - Stolen packages are common - Old floor boards, wood is split in some areas and sealed with only tape Advice to landlord: Invest in updating the building and apartments

Pros: Decent price, near the subway, semi-renovated, on-site super, included heat/hot water, laundry on site Cons: Crumbling stairs, near-illegal low heat in winter, inconsistent water heat/pressure, shoddy work on "renovations", at least one burst pipe disaster Advice to landlord: Doing things cheap means they break more often, do it better and clean up a bit
