Unit E1 Pros: Rent stabilized Super close to the park and the train Mostly families in the building Neighborhood has lots of amenities (Target, Laundry, Grocery, Restaurants etc) Cons: Mold Roaches Mice

Pros: Clean, safe, good super, responsive management Cons: Often roaches in a big building- but monthly pest control always available

Pros: Landlord is responsive to issues. Building is clean. Apartment itself is pretty spacious and rent stabilized (always check if you’re apartment is rent stabilized. Cons: The walls/floors don’t block sound out too well, so noise cancelling headphones should be your friends. The building is old, and a renovated apartment might not look the most fantastic. But, really, not that bad. Advice to landlord: 🤷🏽♂️, they’ve taken care of my issues and I’ve appreciated their responsiveness, even during the pandemic. Good work.
