The staff has truly made this feel like home and have helped to build a sense of community with their hard work, professionalism and kindness. We're grateful for their efforts all year long and look forward to resigning our lease as a result.

My experience living here has been wonderful. Incredible location, responsive staff, great amenities. It's always clean and I always feel safe. The apartments are high quality. Highly recommend this building to anyone looking.

Management was highly unresponsive during the entire week of my move-in and my keys were not completely ready either. However, after figuring out all of the logistics, the building itself, maintenance team, and the concierge workers are amazing.

we have had a great experience and really appreciate all the staff at level. they are friendly and helpful and make the building feel like a community. nothing but good things to say about the building staff!

Quick and very efficient service. I submitted the issue and someone came to fix within a couple of hours and fixed the problem with no issue. Great service, very happy. Polite staff an easy app to use.

don't look at the walls in the elevator because you'll get nauseous (also the herringbone wallpaper in the hall) but everything else between the hard working people who make this place run to the view in the gym is 10/10

There have been recent positive changes in the building's management and it really shows. The package room staff has improved, the response rate time of management replying to tenant emails/concerns is a lot better, etc. My last hope is they can put more care into the building's appearance and facilities. Tenants pay a lot of rent for units in this building and it would be nice if the building could show that by maintaining care of wallpaper, carpets, building/window washes, etc.

I've had such a wonderful experience living at Level! The building staff is so helpful and kind, maintenance issues are always addressed very quickly and the community is kept up super well. I can't recommend living here enough!

Great building staff, variable amenities management. The building has been struggling to make amenities work consistently. However, people working directly for the building and not outsourced have been fantastic.

I've lived here for 2 years. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the building is well maintained, as are the apartments. You can't beat the location, with its convenience to neighborhood favorites and the L train and ferry when you do need to get to Manhattan.
