People needs to help keep the building clean and throw garbage in the trash ca

Pros: The cleaners do clean the building in the morning Cons: People pee in the elevator and stairwell Advice to landlord: Need 24 hours security

Pros: I don’t have to use the elevator Cons: Everything is a con Advice to landlord: Would you live in the conditions that your tenants live in and still pay your rent?!
