Unit 6 Pros: Super responsive super - literally responded in minutes anytime there was an issue (which was infrequent). Never had any pest issues. In-building laundry, courtyards that are well kept, common hallways cleaned regularly, garbage management regularly on site. Large, bright units. Great rental prices. Communicative building management. I can't say more positive things about my experience with this place. They own a few other buildings in the area, too. Cons: The laundry units weren't the best, but they were maintained regularly. Advice to landlord: Keep it up!
