Pros: It is spacious. Cons: No communication, you will have to chase the super and property manager Izzy does not care. There is mold, they have a mice issue. They have leaks that are left unresolved for days going on weeks. It takes months to get any every issue resolved and they will get upset with you for asking for updates. It's really not worth it regardless of price and space. Please don't live there. Advice to landlord: Quit Property Management. You can kill someone in these condition.

Pros: The only good things are the size of the apartments and the price. That’s it. Cons: To get anything fixed, you need to report them to 311 or it never gets done. Trash is everywhere. Tenants literally throw it outside of their windows and no one cleans it up. Cigarette smoke fills the halls and your apt. Groups of teenagers, adults and unhoused people hang out in the lobby. They drink, smoke and leave their garbage. The elevator rarely works, which leaves elderly tenants trapped or dangerously taking the stairs with canes. If you like mice, roaches, black mold, smoke, trash (even dirty diapers left in the hallway), this building is for you. Advice to landlord: Fix things!!!! Replace the elevator, clean the place. It’s disgusting.

Pros: Affordable large rent stabilized building. Heat is super hot in the winter, the super is nice and so are most of the tenants. Cons: The building is very old and not well maintained, the apt came half-fixed, tankless toilet will stop working days in a row, water will be cutoff a couple times a month absolutely without notice, bathroom ceiling constantly leak, rats, flys and roaches comes in the summer, and elevator doesn’t work 30% of the time. Advice to landlord: Please fix the building and get rid of the pests.

Pros: Very large, rent stabilized apartments. Cons: Elevators constantly break, laundry room often locked when it’s supposed to be open. Super is great but very overworked. Management company might be breaking rent stabilization laws and definitely treats longtime tenants (primarily Black) worse than newcomers (gentrifiers)

Pros: Amenities include taking out the trash Cons: The water is off sometimes in the year and the elevator is as consistent as the weather 👍🏽 Advice to landlord: If someone needs work on the building fix it today not next week or it just be a lie

Pros: Laundry in basement, multiple elevators. Big rooms and closets. Cons: Laundry only open during business hours on week days, SOL if you have a day job. Floor and ceilings paper thin in living room: noisy. Mgmt a non presence in building. Super only helpful during business hours. Once had a huge leak on a Saturday night. Neighbor had to call FDNY to shut her water off because super was out of town and management unreachable! Advice to landlord: Open up laundry to later or weekend hours.
