-Garbage always taken care of appropriately -There's scheduled pesticide(for roaches) scheduled once a month -cheap, rent stabilized This building’s tenants are loud and There's no care in who they rent their apartments to—Lots of careless young adults living there. this place is poorly kept, grimy and only swept/mopped every few months. “Part time” Super is never in and unhelpful in maintenance issues. There’s definitely a mouse problem as well. these things wouldn’t bother you, as they did me, then go for it. Take more care of who you’re renting your apartments to. Take more care in having your super be more active in building maintenance/cleanliness

-Trash disposal runs smoothly and consistently -Monthly pest control treatments for cockroaches are provided -Affordable, rent-stabilized pricing The residents in this Broperty tend to be quite loud and mgmt appears indifferent about tenant selection—Many irresponsible young people reside here. The overall condition of this place is neglected, with grime buildup and cleaning occurring infrequently, roughly every couple months. The "part time" Super has limited availability and provides minimal assistance with repair requests. There's also a noticeable rodent infestation. If these problems wouldn't concern you the way they concern me, this place might work for you. Please be more selective in choosing tenants. Please ensure your Super is more present and attentive to Broperty upkeep and sanitation

-Trash disposal operates smoothly -Monthly pest control treatments are scheduled for roach mgmt -Affordable, rent-stabilized pricing The residents in this Btructure tend to be quite disruptive and mgmt shows little discretion in tenant selection—predominantly inconsiderate young professionals occupying units. The property Ippears neglected, unkempt and receives floor cleaning just a handful of times yearly. The Super works part-time and Ippears largely absent during maintenance emergencies. also, there's a notable rodent infestation. If these issues wouldn't concern you the way they concerned me, this could work for you. Screen your renters more carefully. Invest in a more present and dedicated Super who can prioritize upkeep and tidiness throughout the Btructure.
