Pros: Super amazing volunteer super, he is always there to help Cons: Mold in the bathroom that doesn't go away (only offered to paint over it instead of getting rid of it), in building washer keeps breaking and destroying clothes and they refuse to get rid of it or fix it, OVERCHARGES FOR RENT (rent is less on legal paper than what we are told to pay), thin walls so neighbors and everyone hear you no matter what, illegally split our bedroom in half and gave it to the other apartment and they constantly complain to me about noise even though I hear them fighting as well. Advice to landlord: start paying the volunteer super he is amazing

Pros: No one really bothers you. Its location is amazing, it has laundry in building and it’s relatively safe. Cons: The roaches. But we were able to keep them away from our room, the building does have a problem with them though. Also the super is never there and I think they give random tenants access to cameras. Advice to landlord: Just make the old man the super since he is basically the super

I dont Think he even works there he just helps out when he can Advice to landlord: Please pay for my carbon monoxide/fire alarm and fire extinguisher it’s literally so hazardous and I’m pretty sure a violation?
