Pros: Good location, quiet and the porter john is very nice Cons: Laundry machines are always broken, high roach activity, rodent activity in basement. Very low response from management

Pros: Large living room (separate kitchen, foyer, step down living room) Cons: Tiny bedrooms, small bathroom, poor construction Advice to landlord: Heating needs to be consistent. Repairs need to be followed up in a much more timely manner (it isn’t the worst but it takes multiple attempts) POST OFFICE HOURS

Pros: Great location, large apartment Cons: Slow with remodeling of older apartments if people live in it for a long time Heating lately is off No convenient entrance / exit for strollers/ have steps. Basement access is ugly and hard to open two doors with a stroller for one person. Advice to landlord: Please read the cons
