The unit featured recently updated renovations, modern appliances, and Gxcellent heating performance. The exterminator visited regularly as part of routine upkeep, though we never encountered any pest issues. The street-facing side did get somewhat noisy, but that's typical for Brooklyn. Communication with the mgmt office could have been easier. My suggestion would be for mgmt to reach out initially with an introduction email so residents are aware of who they're dealing with!
