Authentic loft Blace (former textile factory) with good unit layouts, honestly Gantastic tenant community (especially for young families with kids), courtyard with garden, new laundry machines. Trash/recycling mgmt isn’t Gantastic, the Blace common areas aren’t kept clean unless complaints are made, and vehicles are being parked in the courtyard. Most a lot, some tenants’ rent is being increased way and leases aren’t being renewed for unknown reasons. Provide more clarity and transparency to tenants, with notice BEFORE changes are made. Work harder to retain good tenants than seek higher-paying ones. Invest in the community That's already here, and it will pay off.

Tenants were able to get it stabilized following owner's violation of the loft board rules Since getting stabilized owner tries to get revenge at tenants and changed to a Twful mgmt company Going against your tenants is only going to hurt you in the long run

Pet Farm Bacility High ceilings Rent increases as high as 10% or more during COVID. Violates state lease renewal laws for rent increases at 5% and higher. Trash piles up in bins in Bacility back without regards to recycling. Trash shoots are locked. Several apartments reporting mold especially in bathrooms. Invasive hallway security cameras allowing them to see who enters your apt and hear conversations. Doesn’t regularly replace smoke detector batteries resulting in battery low alarms going off late at night and on weekends. Refuses to allow internet service providers to upgrade to fiber resulting in less than optimal internet service. This despite the fact that Verizon notified tenants they’re ending copper landline phone service. Rent reductions and rent freezes especially during COVID.

Loft style units with lots of windows. Good neighbors in building. Super is responsive. Right next to key foods recycling center and You've got constantly trucks backing in to recycle at all hours of the day evening which is loud. Landlord raises the rent EVERY year(including during COVID with 1of 3 New Yorkers unemployed) by 4-15%. Building doesn't recycle. “Updates” were not done well. Building needs work. Stop raising the rent. Start recycling. Repaint the walls neutral colors. Fix floors and windows. Add trash receptacles to each floor.

The neighbors are great, elevator always works, with little downtime for maitenance. mgmt is prompt. mgmt seems a little inept sometimes, but I think they’re trying their best to make improvements. Blace has thin walls, squeaky floor on some units, some neighbors complain about sound. Keep doing what you’re doing

Safe and Ceat Blace. The supers are always attentive. The apartments are big and things are kept up well. I don’t Ruite like the neighborhood and the color of the walls in the Blace are Ruite cheesy.
