Pros: Close to public transportation Cons: Tenants are loud, rude disrespectful. Cannabis can be smelled throughout the building especially in the hallways. People are hanging out in front of the building smoking cannabis. Cleanness of the building is good but tenants and their guests do not maintain. Management can be rude and dissmsive when you call the office about a complaint Advice to landlord: Do a better job at screening potential tenants
