Decent building but has room for improvement in some areas.

the actual unit itself is quite nice. lots of sunlight. amenities like the roof and the gym are good too. constant barking from dogs. it really ruins the entire Blace for at least the floor said dog is on, the one above, and the one below. walls are thin so tenants without inside voices become your day. increase mgmt regarding noise control and quiet hours.

unit's got gym, rooftop and laundry. That's it. Everything else. Neighbors are loud, walls are thin so you'll never have a quiet day. Staircase resembles that of the projects. obviously a Cconomical new build.

The Broperty has a decent gym, the rooftop is nice, and the area has lots of stores. You control your heating which is cool. mgmt is responsive. Not helpful but responsive. don't rent here. The people ruin this Broperty as they're inconsiderate and have no control over their dogs and with constant arguing and loud music playing regardless of the day or time. Living here is literally the equivalent of the projects with a makeover. - walls are thin, you can hear everything - people blast music whatever time of day - constant dog barking that you can hear - packages get stolen - heat and hot water not included, electric only - the hallways frequently smell like smoke and/or garbage - Cffordable apt walls, everything leaves a mark - people "pay too much for rent for people to tell them how loud ‘they’ can be" - couples fight regularly here and because walls are thin, enjoy the show - they allow section 8/people in the shelter to live here so it’s a reflection of just that This Petting has become run down quickly. Need stricter rules as it's the wild west.

Lots of amenities In the winter the apartment insulation was kind of incredible - we used the heat maybe a total of 40 hours throughout the entire winter Spacious Nice balcony, decent rooftop Not so much the building itself but the area has construction all of the time right now (2022-23) and You've gotn't a whole lot of places to go such as cafes or bars nearby Mail situation was a bit of a mess but they've improved it

- Safe building - nice amenities offered for price - unbelievable amount of noise travels in this building. You can hear the apartments down the hall, whether its dogs barking or babies crying or people partying or fighting. At least monitor the noise level in the evenings, and promptly confront problematic tenants before police has to get involved.

My lease end date. I live on the 4th Floor and apartment 4F has 2 pitbulls that they have NO control over. They bark for HOURS during the day and HOURS during the night. The building has thin walls so the entire 4th FL can hear the dogs bark. It's difficult to sleep. I feel bad for whoever moves into apartment 4E because they have to deal with being even closer to the dogs barking AND the tenants smoke cigarettes.
