Pros: I lived here for 2 years and moved to get a bit more space but I loved the apartment and neighborhood. Victor Holliday is the best landlord I’ve experienced, super attentive and cares about the building. Cons: The lock on the front door was really difficult to use. Our dog walked frequently had issues. Advice to landlord: The front door needs to be replaced.
