Pros: Overall I had a great experience living at 160 Clarkson. The building is very clean and the 2 bedrooms have in unit laundry and updated appliances. I never saw any pests and across from either corner of the block there are 2 large supermarkets. Nice access to prospect park and the gym in the basement is decently big. With both lease renewals I had, there was almost no rent increase which was nice. Cons: Sometimes the building manager needs to be reminded of asks, but he has always fulfilled any requests, and inorder to enter both front doors and use the elevator, keys are required, which is nice for security but can be frustrating when trying to have deliveries or visitors.

Pros: New, range of amenities, conveniently located Cons: Complicated door system, have to come downstairs to pick up guests, did not clean apt before handing over to me, sales person lacks integrity - puts up my apt for rent and open house though more than a year before end of lease, despite being charged amenities, have to pay to book the lounge Advice to landlord: Please change your sales person, he lacks integrity and does not admit or apologise for his mistake.

Pros: It's a new building. Cons: Building managements in NYC have a low bar, but this one is just insane.Everything is just made to look nice on the outside. It took them more than a month to fix a safety issue with the stove. The amenities are so difficult to use. They flat out said no without any reason when I asked to sublease my place. They are always rude in their responses. If you're considering moving, please do yourself a favor and find something else, ideally something not owned by a management building. (Based on my personal experience as well as every single person in my building on the OneRoof neighborhood app)

Pros: Solid super, never had issues with packages, responsive maintenance requests Cons: Gym is pretty lackluster and pricy, walls are weirdly thin and would often hear conversations, dishes clattering, sneezes from hallways or through the walls.

Pros: responsive super and management, clean halls/trash room/amenities, dog run is excellent. Cons: wish there was an on site 24 hr concierge, noise travels into the hall from the units, walls are a little thin, surrounding neighborhood is not clean.

Pros: Clean, beautiful, and great amenities Cons: Too many teething issues but giving grace because it’s a new building Advice to landlord: Listen to tenants.

Pros: Property manager is very responsive, building is clean and well made, maintenance requests got handled very quickly. Cons: The people in it seem kinda snobby for the area. From building complaints it looks like people moved here and expected the whole area to change just because they moved into a nice building. Can't complain about mosquitos outside, you live in brooklyn and it's summer lol. Advice to landlord: Be more transparent about amenities, and definitely stop lying about the demand of the building to perspective tenants. If it's an excuse to raise rents next year, I promise nobody will pay them.

Pros: -- Extremely clean -- Dog park in the back of building -- Rooftop and amenities are nice Cons: -- Washer/dryer keeps breaking down -- pinching pennies with extra costs for using certain amenities (grills etc) despite already paying an amenity fee -- slow response from management
