Unit 4D Pros: Neighbors aren’t on the lease having smoking problems loud noises violent people living inside of that apartment I am sure rent is not being paid Cons: Tenants are rude loud obnoxious always have garbage solicitations outside the apartment smoking ashes left outside people living inside of that apartment isn’t on the lease kick those bums out Advice to landlord: Check rent statements investigate inside apt 4c building G2
