Pros: Large rooms, decent storage space. Heat ok in winter. Cons: Garbage area is always filthy and overflowing with garbage and full of flies.. there’s a roach and rodent problem. The lock to the entrance is always broken, the moment it gets fixed,certain tenants break it to allow their unattended children to move in and out of the building as they please so they don’t bother the parents. There are lots of unattended children in the front hall most of the time making noise and littering and urinating in the area. Since there’s no lock there are people trespassing the premises. Oh and there’s no super! Someone from a neighboring building comes to clean, but not everyday, hence the garbage problem. Also he used to send stamped envelopes for rent collection, now he doesn’t even want to do that, doesn’t want to splurge on stamps and envelopes I stead he referred the tenants to a payment website where you have to pay a service fee of $5.99 on top of your rent. Advice to landlord: It’s all about collecting rent for you.Get your act together before your building ends up on Better call Baquero
