Unit 4B Pros: Trash is taken care of quickly. No real issues with water or electric. No amenities but backyard area is fine (no one ever uses it). Cons: No elevator makes the stairs annoying after a while. Also can be a pain to move things in and out. Advice to landlord: It's a fine place.

Unit 2B Pros: clean, nice amenities: shared backyard, washer dryer in unit, dishwasher. Management is responsive. Great area. Cons: The apartment units are very small for the price Advice to landlord: The apartment units are overpriced for the amount of space.

Pros: The building is small and the tenants tend to be pretty decent and respectful Cons: Management company; Carnegie management screws people over all the time, from the lease agreement to giving back security deposits. Beware! Advice to landlord: Get your act together
