Unit 3 Pros: Very centrally located, 4 family home. Fairly well maintained for a pre-war and very responsive and helpful landlord Cons: No amenities and some aspects of the apartment are a little rundown (normal for a prewar)

Pros: Landlord is actually very responsive and reasonable, great price for the neighborhood, overall things work Cons: Old building with some quirks, some issues with drainage and heating. We had occasional issues with mice and roaches but nothing crazy and landlord was helpful. I know this sounds kinda bad but really it was worth it for the neighborhood and price.
