Pros: Quiet neighborhood, close to stores, supermarkets and some bars. Cons: Long walk to transportation. Carbon monoxide scare from faulty boiler. No heat or hot water in the winter sometimes. One neighbor was extremely noisy and disrespectful.

Pros: Great layout, great maintenance man, W/D in-unit, pest control once a month (hardly any pests), great appliances, etc. Cons: Mgmt had inconsistent replies. Sometimes for important matters. Advice to landlord: Get a solid property manager that doesn’t already have a full plate.

Pros: Renovated + washer and dryer in unit great price 2bedroom unit were great size and include 1.5 bath Area is a nice mix of residential and stores/shops, plus conveniently between two train lines Cons: The street and trash is a bit of a mess The hallway used to be a nice white but is a dark blue gray limited light. Living/kitchen area all windows face walls = no light It’s a busy street, so I hear cars and sirens. Motorcycle crew in the area most annoying. You can hear your neighbor next door if they sing or play instrument. Advice to landlord: The property owner is really MIA the address of the company is not a real address Multiple times tried to contact and disconnected numbers or bounce back emails. Point of contacts changed a lot. Everything is online, so it’s tough to contact a human The building is listed as a rent controlled apt but they up charge actually
